Details: SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: System needed to get a final approval on there storage tank that was conditionally approved on 9/26/13. Brand said they have a tracer study scheduled and will submit that info to plan review as soon as they get it from HBH consulting. This is there final step to get final approval on the water storage tank. ACTION NEEDED: Submit results of tracer study to Plan Review as soon as it is available.
