| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform positive-- sample date 7/13/2015 DETAILS: Bellinger now has a MCL violation as the triggered source sample was total coliform positive ACTION NEEDED: They will need to post a Tier 2 public notice (have 30 days to do so). Next step public notice - can be put up after the 5 temporary routine results are received in August. It will be the firms decision if they want to dose up the well (low level) batch chlorination and flush through the system. It appears from the results that its (coliform) minor at the moment. There is nothing they have to do immediately. The five routine samples on August 03, 2015 came back negative. The public notice was completed by Food Safety Specialist, JeffGard, on August 12th, 2015 . The notice will be required to stay up for one week. | ||
