Details: SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for a TC positive result from a routine sample collected on 10/21/15. Spoke with Traci. Reviewed follow up sampling requirement of three repeat samples plus one triggered source sample collected at the well. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect repeat and source samples. Further action will be based on those results.
