Details: SUMMARY: MCL- repeat total coliform positives for sample date 9-8-15 DETAILS: Spoke with the DRC about the total coliform detections. He will hire a company to disinfect the system. I emailed him the total coliform public notice template. I let him know that 5 temp routine samples in Oct. ACTION NEEDED: obtain completed copy of the public notice & monitor follow up sample results
