Details:	SUMMARY: Repeats +TC DETAILS: Contacted the operator through email after seeing that the repeat samples were also positive. I emailed the operator the blank public notice form and directions on how to shock the well. The operator was shocking the well on 11/14/2015. Currently waiting to find out the results of retesting. ACTION NEEDED: none
