| Details: | SUMMARY: No routine coliform reported first two quarters 2015 DETAILS: I spoke with Dawni Hall and advised her that no routine coliform tests were submitted for the first two quarters of2015. Ms. Hall said water samples were never obtained or submitted to a laboratory during that period. She will submit a water sample to the laboratory for the required colifom analysis by 9-30-2015. ACTION NEEDED: Submit a water sample to the laboratory by the end of the business day on 9-30-15 for the required routine coliform analysis . | ||
