Details: SUMMARY: Confirmed TC Alert DETAILS: Two repeat samples in the distribution are +TC. The triggered sample was good. I emailed Kyle the public notice template and asked him to provide me a copy of the delivered notice. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in December and to keep me updated of any corrective actions they take with the WS. ACTION NEEDED: follow up on PN and December Routines
