Details: SUMMARY: Violation 903225911 DETAILS: Called Scotty Evans about: no coliform sample taken during the third quarter. Called Waterlab 503-363-0473. They have no record of any sample taken between July 1 - September 30, 2015. Apparently this sample was missed.Scotty has just taken in the 4th quarter coliform sample and the annual nitrate sample. They are back on track. ACTION NEEDED: none
