| Details: | SUMMARY: Invalidation of October Routine Sample DETAILS: The Elgin Water Department’s October routine sample, 510211601, collected October 20, 2015 at 255 Cedar Sink tested TC+. The repeat sample, 510280901, collected October 27, 2015 at the same location tested TC+ and both repeat samples collected upstream and downstream tested absent for total coliform (see attachment). This meets the criteria for sample invalidation as described in OAR 333-061-0036(5)(k)(B). The system has collected routine samples on Nov. 18 to replace the invalidated routine sample. ACTION NEEDED: Water system will not be required to post a MCL Unresolved public notice but receive a violation for not providing enough repeat samples. They will need to document this violation in this years CCR | ||
