Details: SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: Violation for non-reporting coliform for October 2015. Called Becky and she checked with Pat and they simply missed routine sample. Pat immediately took November sample. Violation will RTC with on-time results. ACTION NEEDED: Discuss violation in 2015 CCR.
