Details: | SUMMARY: Questions regarding 2015 water system survey DETAILS: I spoke to Richard Luttrell who had some concerns about the water system survey. He said the well screen identified as a deficiency on the 2015 survey had already been fixed after the last survey in 2012, but was not re-inspected at the time of the 2015 survey. He also said that the CY2014 Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) had been mailed in as it is every April. Our records indicate that the CCR Certifcation form was received on April 9, 2015, but we did not have a record of receiving the CCR. I asked him to send us a copy of it. I also went over some of the expectations regarding their cross connection control program and said I would send him a 1-page template he could use as a document for their enabling authority. He explained that the water system is a sole proprietorship and customers are not billed for the water they use. ACTION NEEDED: System to work on developing cross connection control program and submit a copy of the CY2014 CCR. State to follow up with the County on other matters regarding the survey. |
