Details:	SUMMARY: : I talked with Kevin who stated he sent in the plan review application, and will send in the money later when it is available. Kevin does not have the funds for the well, hopefully in a few weeks. Kevin will take the fourth quarter coliform sample and send in September, October, and November chlorination records with the test results DETAILS: See above ACTION NEEDED: The firm is required to meet the stated deadlines of continued chlorination andsubmission of spring construction plans by March 2015.
