Details: SUMMARY: Def Follow-Up: E-Mail Sent DETAILS: HRCHD-EH sent an e-mail discussing the compliance schedule for Def Follow-Up after the 8/24/15 WSS. This letter says:"…I’m writing in order to get written verification that you have begun collecting Chlorine residual twice weekly in the distribution system (as per the water system survey). The deadline to begin was 1/9/16. Please let me know so that I can finalize the water system survey process. Also, please let me know if you have any questions..." ACTION NEEDED: By this time, the operator should have started monitoring and recording chlorine residual levels in the distribution system at least two times per week. By this time, the operator should have submitted written verification that this has been resolved
