Details: SUMMARY: survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: There were two deficiencies noted during the survey Sept 2, 2015: backflow devices were not current on testing and there was no operations and maintenance manual. Both items have been corrected as of 2/3/16. ACTION NEEDED: none
