| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert for total coliform postive source sample DETAILS: I received an alert for a total coliform postive sample taken 12-9-15 at the Blue Bird Spring. The result was entered as a distribution system sample in error and was subsequently changed to a source assessment sample. I spoke to Jim Anderson about the result and he said that it was a sample taken to satisfy their ASR well sampling requirements for the Oregon Water Resources Dept. The system also has 4-log viral for the entry point served by the Blue Bird spring. I told him that we would make the correction in the database. I requested the database change on 12/11/15 and the change was made on 2/25/16. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed. DWS corrected sample type from "Routine" to "Assessment" and adjusted the related repeat schedules/violations that had accrued as a result of the mistype on 2/25/15. | ||
