Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Data 11/17/15 DETAILS: The operator called me about the total coliform positive sample. I let him know to take a source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. He said he would get the samples taken on this date. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in Dec. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary.
