Details:	SUMMARY: Backwash Tank and Plan Review Questions DETAILS: The Beverly Beach Water District is rural community water system in Lincoln County, north of Newport. The community has a water system which serves 143 connections with an approximate full time population of 150 persons. The source water for the system Wade Creek. The system has a rapid sand filter plant with coag/sedimentation. The plant was last upgraded in 2010/2011. Mr. Barbay contacted HBH in regard to previous Circuit Rider work completed in 2007. In addition, the water system is planning upgrades to the existing treatment plant which include adding a backwash tank and associated valving and programming. Discussed potential plan review requirements in regard to the backwash tank improvements. Provided existing documentation on the water system. ACTION NEEDED: Provide further assistance as needed with funding or other planning issues.
