Details:	SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 12/14/15 DETAILS: The operator called to get more information about his coliform detection. I let the operator know that hell need to get a triggered source sample at the well head & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take 5 temp routine samples in Feb. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary.
