Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 2/15/16 DETAILS: Contacted the operator to let him know about the total coliform positive sample. He said that the lab contacted him & he would take a source sample at the well and three repeat samples in the distribution. I reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in March. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary.
