Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 3/14/16 DETAILS: I emailed Silas to let him know about the total coliform sample. I let him know to take a source sample at the well & 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in the distribution in April. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary.
