Details: SUMMARY: MCL - Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 3-21-16 DETAILS: Contacted Silas Olson about the repeat total coliform detect. I let him know to be sure that a public notice is sent out within 30 days. I also let him know to take 5 temp routine samples in April. He let me know that Mel Olson would be sure it would be done. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice & monitor follow ups.
