| Details: | SUMMARY: New Owners DETAILS: Suttle Lake Resort shut its doors Sept 2015. They locked everthing up and told emplyees they were done. A & R Development bought them in Oct 2015. I spoke with Jeff at A&R and he has put me in contact with the GM, Greg Fordscham.The resort is remodeling. One person is living there on site. Umpqua was taking samples, but the old owners never paid, so they stopped. They since have had Umpqua take a coliform test recently. When they are close to opening up, I suggested they flush the system of the old water (in the pipes and tanks) and take their Nitrate and Coliform sample. They are not a seasonal system. Remodel includes the restaurant which flooded a few years ago. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
