| Details: | SUMMARY: Working on Resolving PNC Violations, PN Required, Reviewing New Coliform Rule Requirements for Seasonal System, Properly Labeling Samples DETAILS: System is marked as seasonal (April 18 thru October 27). However samples were taken and reported as compliance samples during down time with MCL violations, source samples not taken at proper times, labeling problems and a PN required due to unresolved TC. The system operator located a broken pipe which finally was repaired, the system was shocked and special samples were taken showing no more coliform. ACTION NEEDED: I have requested to note that the Jan 15th TG sample be changed to Source (it was taken at well, but marked distribution in facility column). I have asked the operators to complete the required public notice and send a copy to DWP by April 27, and post in the campground. They also will need to complete start-up procedure verification and sample monthly. Two negative consecutive monthly coliform samples will resolve coliform MCL violations. | ||
