| Details: | SUMMARY: EC and TC Positive on AA DETAILS: Contacted 4/20 and 4/21/16 by Richmond Petty and Caroline Gross-ReganE/TC positive on previously confirmed E.coli positive source. Source has been under 4-log disinfection for several years. Have not been able after 4 phone calls to reach a real person regarding this system. Richmond left message for Lura Huff on 4/20/2016. I left 2 messages for Lura Huff on 4/21/2106 and one message with a John Harper (reached by calling 541-756-0100 and being redirected). ACTION NEEDED: Possibly invalidate sample, or mark as special - as it is not required. I am wondering if they are trying to do the newly required start-up procedures and thus took a coliform sample at AA as that is the well that is used during campground operations. Currently campground is closed. However, they are only required to sample source AB which is not required to have 4-log disinfection. More to follow. | ||
