Details:	SUMMARY: Violations DETAILS: Water system has been receiving violation notices for nonreporting of monthly source assessment sample tests. The water system was required (2014) to sample 12 consecutive months for source water assessment and has done only 6 nonconsecutive samples. ACTION NEEDED: The water system was directed via email to take monthly source water assessment samples April through August. If you dont collect a raw water sample this month (April), you will have to sample monthly through April 2017.
