Details: SUMMARY: Contact for Non-reporting of Coliform Sampling DETAILS: Contacted Irma Avila (PIC) to discuss non-reporting of coliform sample for quarter 1 2016. She stated she simply overlooked the sample, and was out of town during notice on March 31, 2016. I advised to report all sampling in timely manner to avoid future action. System will RTC at end of May, 2016. ACTION NEEDED: None.
