See attached letter. Prior to sampling for lead & copper, Hood River County Health Department needs to certify your sampling locations. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss this issue completely.If you have questions, please contact our office directly.Regards…" ACTION NEEDED: Consult with HRC HD regarding L&C sample locations asap.
