Details: SUMMARY: Violation Follow-up Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: System violation for no annual assessment sample in 2015 and no 1st qtr routine coliform 2016. Spoke to Karen earlier re: assessment and emailed Karen and Todd again and they took both the 2nd qtr routine and assessment on April 8th, 2016. ACTION NEEDED: Continue qtrly routine, annual nitrate and assessment sample again in 2017.
