Details: SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Alert ID: VIO 745810System violated TCR for no April routine. Called owner Kate and they just missed the April sample but took one May 4th. They completed and submitted start-up form and took a special before opening. ACTION NEEDED: Continued monthly coliform sampling through October. Remember to take April routine next year. System usually opens late April with the opening of trout season.
