Details: SUMMARY: TC+ routine sample DETAILS: System had collected a bacteria sample on 5/19/15 and it tested positive for total coliform bacteria. Messages were left for the operator on 5/22 and 5/29 with no response. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to collect 4 repeat samples and a triggered source sample. 5 samples are needed for June. Further action will be based on the results. **addendum - no additional samples were collected the rest of 2015. Two samples were collected in 2016 and were absent for bacteria**
