| Details: | SUMMARY: Assessment Sample Came Back E.coli+ for Well DETAILS: Cascara Campground took a source assessment sample on 5/23/16 that came back positive for E.coli. The system has a UV light for treatment and the distribution sample came back absent for both coliform and E.coli. Called Trevor and told him to collect 5 confirmation samples from the well. Trevor did state that during the sample collection on 5/23/16 there was some issues with the pump working and that the bottle may have been compromised prior to the sample collection. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 5 confirmation samples at the Source. | ||
