Details: SUMMARY: Receipt of Emergency Response Plan completion certification form DETAILS: On April 6th, 2016, I received the Stanfield Hutterians Emergency Response Plan certification form from Herb Stahl, addressing the significant deficiency from the November 17, 2016 water system survey. I forwarded the form to Tony Fields, security coordinator for DWS. ACTION NEEDED: No action at this time.
