Details: SUMMARY: RP Coli Positive DETAILS: I called Leslie to tell him that the RP samples came back positive for coliform. He needs to perform a level 1 investigation along with corrective actions. Lenore Smith will be delivering the form to High Prairie Villa today while she is in Oakridge. ACTION NEEDED: Perform a level 1 investigation. Return form within 30 days and return to normal monthly sampling.
