Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: 7/28 called contact listed (Scott Impecoven). Left a message about needing local contact for water system. Returned call 7/29, on site contact is Eric Kochler - 541-784-5446. Called Eric and explained next steps. Eric said they are having trouble with chlorination injector.Need to take a TR sample (source) and three repeats in distribution. This month is when the three temporary routine samples in distribution are to be taken. ACTION NEEDED: Take repeats, triggered and temporary routines all this month. Repair or replacement of chlorinator is being done.
