| Details: | SUMMARY: missing information on monthly SW report DETAILS: Received the June SWTR, which is the first month after previous feedback on these reports. The cartridge filtration psi numbers make more sense now (only one # per column), and she adjusted the contact time constant from 98 minutes to only 28, which was the conservative estimate made by Jay MacPherson after the last survey. The 28 min does not include the time in the 2 small flocculation tanks, however. But the June report had no values entered in the "Actual CT" column. When I phoned, Glenna thought she was supposed to meet the constant 28 minutes every day, not a computed amount. She will correct that with this months report. She also intends to start using the electronic form once she has time with someone to help her get started with it. ACTION NEEDED: Check when August SWTR is received. | ||
