Details:	SUMMARY: Routine TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: All 3 repeats samples TC+ following positive routine tc. Triggered sample from well #2 absent. (Well one still not on-line). ACTION NEEDED: Find and fix and submit level 1 investigation form within 30 days. Take 3 temp routines in September. Can use these results, if absent, as verification samples that fix was successful. Discussed possible level 2 investigation and chlorination due to multiple positives within the year.
