Details: SUMMARY: Violation Postcard DETAILS: Operator called to find out why he received another postcard. He missed sampling in June and just now received a postcard. I told him hes good now because hes taken a sample in July and August. Reminded him hes now on monthly sampling. Not sure why the auto RTC hasnt been run so that both the vios from May and June would be RTCd by now. ACTION NEEDED: None.
