Details: SUMMARY: Alert Follow-up Contact DETAILS: Routine sample was TC+, operator took 3 repeats and 2 triggered samples. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for results.Operator did mention a loss of pressure last month, I did explain to him of what proper procedures should have taken place when that did happen. He is looking into going to some of the State Drinking Water training to learn more regarding water pocedures. He will contact NCPHD if any of the follow-up samples come back positive.Level 1 investigation would be needed if that happened.
