Details: SUMMARY: L/C Site Change DETAILS: Joe contacted me to let me know they could no longer use one of their L/C sites. Home owner passed away and its under renovation. He wants to use the home next door. I sent him the L/C reporting guidance document and Form 141-A and asked him to fill it out and send it back. ACTION NEEDED: None.
