Details: SUMMARY: Violation Resolution DETAILS: Susanna called to find out why they were in violation for failure to sample since they had record of all samples being taken. I had her call the lab and have them resend the batch that her sample was sent to compliance in. The lab responded back to me that the sample was inadvertantly not sent to the DWP. Copy of the report is also included with this email to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Please return to compliance violation #2.
