Details:	SUMMARY: Technical Assistance Meeting DETAILS: Met with Louis to review WQP testing due to lead exceedance. Also discussed the raw sample tap re-location. Louis needed help understanding what to do. Explained that he needed to fill out the Lead Resource Brochure (provided hard copy and emailed him the link). Send it to the DWS for review. Once approved he can distribute. Explained about WQPs and relationship to leaching lead from pipes, fixtures etc. ACTION NEEDED: Contact Umpqua Research lab to schedule the WQP testing, then a 2nd round two weeks later. Advised that WQP should be taken at a coliform sampling point in distribution and at the entry point of the water system (complete these tests 2 times and 2 weeks apart.) Reviewed completing the Resource Brochure and submitting to state.Louis also still needs to move sample tap and complete another year of monthly assessment sampling.
