Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 6/28/16 DETAILS: Called & left a message for the operator to let him know to take 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to take a source sample at the wellhead. The system has already done a level 1 investigation. A level 2 might be triggered if these come back coliform positive. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed copy of the level 1 investigation.
