Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 8/8/16 DETAILS: Mary called to let me know about the total coliform positive sample results. I let her know to take a source sample at the well & three repeat samples in the distribution system. She felt the results could have been due to sampling error. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary.
