Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 5/6/16 DETAILS: Spoke with system operator & he knew about the total coliform positive sample. I let him know that a source sample will be needed & 3 repeat samples needed in the distribution system. He said he will get the samples taken right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary.
