Details: SUMMARY: follow up to well repair deficiency DETAILS: System had one significant deficiency noted during the July 2016 survey. An emergency source had a hole cut in the casing and there was a possible annular space issue. An email received from Josh on 9/12/16 showed thecompleted repair work. This item is now considered corrected. ACTION NEEDED: none
