Details:	SUMMARY: Level 2 assessment completed DETAILS: The system was triggered into a level 2 assessment from having 2 months of total coliform detections. This assessment was completed on 9/9/16. There was no clear source of contamination. The storage tank is long overdue for cleaning and maintenance. There has been no recent documentation of backflow device testing.
