Details:	SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency Follow-up, Correction Actions Complete DETAILS: On 9/14/16, Mr. Littrell sent us an e-mail detailing corrective actions for resolving the outstanding significant deficiency tied to the 3/28/16 Water System Survey. Included with the e-mail were pictures showing the completed corrective actions.The pictures showed:(1) A water tight elbow to the well head to make the electrical conduit water-tight as required by rule.(2) A new well-head cap.This work was completed by a private contractor. New newly repaired well-head appears to be watertight. ACTION NEEDED: None. WSS Resolved.
