DETAILS: Operator was contacted by phone on 9/14/16 and instructed to take three samples, one at the same site, one down stream, and one up stream from the positive. Operator was also asked to take their source assessment and their nitrate sample for 2016. Operator stated they did not have the bottles and would be taking the samples during the week of 9/18/2016.
