| Details: | SUMMARY: Reviewed 4-log Report Submittals DETAILS: I called Rebecca this morning, who had previously requested in a voice message that additional 4-log forms be mailed to her. She said the park manager Allen was out of town for an extended period of time, and she was just doing the water forms as a favor for him. I offered to meet her at the park to show her how to properly fill out the monthly form and use the chlorine test kit, but she declined. I stressed the importance of maintaining at least the required minimum chlorine residual of 0.5 ppm. She asked if I could send her some stamped addressed envelopes to mail in the forms. I told her we do not provide envelopes or stamps and suggested she contact the park owner Nancy to get some if needed. I asked if she had received the dozen blank forms I had mailed to her on 9/16. She said she did. I requested she start using them instead of the California form that Nancy had given her. Lastly, I told her if she ever had questions to call me. The system remains on a boil order. ACTION NEEDED: System to comply with terms of the June 7, 2016 Administrative Order. | ||
