| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total was Found in the Routine Sample Taken at the Restroom Faucet DETAILS: Operator is to take 3 samples in distribution, 1 same site, one upstream, one down stream. A source sample (labeled triggered) is also required from well #1. Samples were submitted to the lab on 9/26/2016. Operator stated that the faucet off of the well needs to be replumbed so it is located on the outside of the protective well housing dog house because the dog house is now water tight and the tap is inside cacing up and he did not want to run the tap and fill the housing up with water. ACTION NEEDED: Await results. Take 3 more temporary routine samples in distribution during the month of October.No source sample has been taken yet due to the location of the sample tap. Source sample should be submitted once the tap has been relocated outside of the well house dog house. | ||
